This is the house we stayed in, which I think says it all. :) We had a great weekend here. The only downside was biting bugs that defy insect repellent, so we've come home scratching!I'm working on a web album for more pictures, but wanted to send this much to let you know we're back safe and sound.

Just read through your last couple weeks of journaling. I love your writing, Karen and Elliott, and the photos! Glad to know you're home (in Bolivia) from the weekend. I remember your pictures of the road. Can't imagine what the construction of a 2-lane paved road along that stretch must have entailed, but what a relief that it's safer now. We miss you! Spring is finally peeking through here. No strikes, but plenty of snow days this winter. Love to all of you! Amy, Paul & Stella
